All we require are the following details for the frames:

° Babys Name

° Babys Weight

° Date of Birth ( please specify as formats vary from region to region)

° Baby's Gender

° Time

I will provide a blank frame for you to place a photograph unless you would like for me to print baby's picture and add.

The finished product will arrive to you wrapped in bubble wrap and gift wrapped tissue paper.
